No. 729/2017 & and the provisional attachment order dated 24.03.2017, duly allowing the Application No. MP-PMLA-9792/CHN/2022(MISC) in FPA-PMLA-2002/CHN/2017 and MP-PMLA-9793/CHN/2022(MISC) in FPA-PMLA-2038/CHN/2017 and consequently allowed the Appeal.
