The Hon’ble High Court of Madras remanded the matter of dismissal order of the The Customs, Excise & Service Tax Settlement Commission back to the Commission, over ruling the Order dated 14.09.2021 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.1962 of 2014, to examine the matter and pass orders afresh in accordance with law.
