Hon’ble High Court of Madras ordered closure of Appeal W.P No. 13830 of 2021 as Deputy Director of Enforcement Department confirmed having lifted the attachment and released the immovable property in S. No. 1 (10.60 acres) and in Sl. No. 3 (17.48 acres) of the schedule of PAO No. 10/2019, as R. Chinnakrishnan @ Vallal RCK had complied with the steps ordered in the Hon’ble High Court of Madras Order dated 10.12.2021 and in the Order dated  22.04.2022.
